Recently my son had gotten a R4DS Ultra and had been playing it fine when suddenly when he tried to play it it reads" An error has occurred" and it won't go any further. We tried resetting the date and still the same outcome. Not sure if this question has been answered before so I do apologize if it was but I could not locate the answer. Could someone please help me with this, thank you. Getting ready to take it Gamestop and have them look at it but would like to save myself the trip and cost if it's something I can do at home.
