have u upgraded ur dsi?
have u upgraded ur dsi? because if u upgrade it 2 much the r4 can't catch up and it wont be suitable for ur dsi.
to check, just turn ur dsi on and go to the system settings.at the bottom of the top screen it will say what version it is(.e.g ver 1.4.1) make sure it matches ur r4i version. Im not sure if this will help but good luck!!
