The firmware for the R4DS is
The firmware for the R4DS is not the same as the R4DS SDHC.
You probably have the wrong firmware installed.
You can get the correct firmware for your R4ds SDHC on this site (ver 1.25).
Just unzip it onto the root of your card and it should work fine.
