You need to uncompress the .RAR or .ZIP
You need to uncompress the .RAR or Zip file and then move the .NDS file in them onto your R4 before you can use it. Use 7-zip, it's a free program and it supports just about every compression format known to man. Download 7-Zip here: http://www.7-zip.org/
