This is completely wacko! PETA is claiming that Mario is sending the wrong message when he wears the Tanooki suit and that it tells people it's OK to wear a REAL tanuki raccon dog fur coat. How many of you had the urge to go out and buy a tanuki fur coat after playing Super Mario Bros? Yea, I didn't think so. PETA, you so crazy!!
