ds lite r4 sdhc card someone help

hi i have ds lite i got r4 sdhc card for it now im the no1 computer dummy can someone please send me a step by step instructions on how to set it up and put games on it please now when i say step by step, one that any dummy can use in plain english not comp speak as dont understand....i hope i gave someone a giggle reading this and any help will be great thanks helen

not working
I have a r4 gold with the sd card.It was working ok on my ds lite. Now when I put in the r4 with the sd card in the ds lite the screen says that there is no: Ds card inserted and under same message says:
There is no game pack inserted. I tried to fix it from the settings of the game but all in vain .Please can you help, and tell me step by step what is the procedure to fix it back again. Thank you Regards Anton.
